Pickup and delivery policy

Pickup only

Muggy doesn't ship or deliver. Every order is collected in person at a counter on the Masters’ Union, Gurugram campus. There are no shipping or delivery charges.

Where and when

• Kitchens bring food to campus counters for set time windows, shown before you order.
• You choose the counter. Kitchens you subscribe to assign the counter nearest your lecture and show it on your Orders page.
• Collect during your order's pickup window by showing its 4-digit pickup code. Anyone with the code can collect, so keep it private.

Uncollected orders

Orders not collected by the end of that day's service are forfeited and not refunded. If a kitchen can't fulfil your order, see our refund policy: you're refunded in full.
